Your account

Use an email address you can access and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Permission to use photos and other content

Upload only photos, words and other material you have permission to use and send for the requested processing. Person-based video templates require adults. Do not use the service to impersonate someone deceptively or create unlawful, exploitative or abusive content.

Adding music, third-party characters, logos or other protected material may require separate permission. A download does not provide rights to a song or third-party material merely because it is associated with a trend name.

Templates and AI results

Review the template’s photo requirements, example and credit quote before confirming. AI results can vary from the example, including identity detail, motion, anatomy, timing and scenery. Review the whole result before sharing it.

Your files are digital downloads. Cards and flyers do not include physical printing, delivery, automatic email sending or RSVP management. Generated video templates produce portrait MP4s. Audio depends on the template and generated result; a particular song or soundtrack is not included.

Text edits and local design changes do not rerun AI by themselves. A new video version requires its own generation request and credit confirmation. A clear static export follows the quote and unlock shown for that project.

Credit purchases and requests

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or automatic recharge. Newly purchased credits are valid for one year (365 days) from delivery to your account after successful payment. Each pack expires separately; another purchase does not extend earlier credits. Existing credits keep the terms at purchase. The pricing page lists the available packs and the template quote shows the credits required for the selected request.

Confirming a quote authorizes the displayed credit use. Technical failures and payment questions are handled as described on the Credits and refunds page. Closing a browser tab after submitting a generation does not cancel the request.

Using and keeping your files

You may edit the available design fields and download your saved results through the service. Keep your own copy of files you want to retain. Access to a generated file does not include the website source code, backend, internal generation recipes or a reusable template software licence.

Continue to respect rights in your inputs and any third-party material. Halloween AI does not promise that an AI result is exclusive or that it meets every requirement for a particular publication or use.
