Credits, failed generations and refunds

Video generation uses site credits. Payment refunds and returned generation credits are different: a technical failure can return site credits, while a cash refund requires a payment review.
One-time credit packs
The pricing page shows available pack prices and credit amounts. Packs do not renew automatically. Newly purchased credits are valid for one year (365 days) from delivery to your account after successful payment. Each pack expires separately; another purchase does not extend earlier credits. Existing credits keep the terms at purchase. Review the PayPal payment total before you approve it.
A generation quote shows the cost for the selected saved photos and template. You can leave the quote without confirming; reviewing a quote alone does not spend generation credits.
Confirmed technical failures
If a video request is definitively rejected or later has a confirmed technical failure, its site credits are returned once. Repeated status checks do not create a second refund. Downloading an already generated result does not use more generation credits.
If the service response is uncertain, the existing request is kept for review. It is not automatically submitted again or refunded before its status is resolved. Keep the request identifier shown on the page and contact support if you need help.
Changes and additional versions
AI output can differ from a sample. Asking for another creative version is a new generation request with a new quote. The review step shows the credit cost before you confirm.
For a static design already unlocked for the same artwork, changing words or layout and downloading again does not create a second static unlock charge.
Cash refunds, unused packs and duplicate payments
Contact support for review of a cash refund, an unused credit pack, a duplicate payment or a payment that did not add the expected credits. Include your account email and order number, the amount and date, and a short explanation.
These requests are reviewed manually against the payment and credit records. The website does not automatically issue a cash refund when a generation returns site credits. We do not ask you to share your password or full card information.
