This notice explains the information used to run your account, save your creations, process payments and generate videos. Contact us with a question or a request to delete account data or media.
Account and service information
We use your account name and email address for sign-in, account emails and saved projects. Passwords are stored as hashes, rather than as readable passwords. Service records include your projects, uploaded and generated file references, credit activity, generation requests and payment status.
Account and service records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Uploaded photos and generated media use private Cloudflare R2 storage. Access through the website requires sign-in and an ownership check.
Your photos and generated videos
Choosing a photo first shows a preview on your device. Saving a draft uploads a private copy to your account. Confirming a generation sends the selected reference images to Kie for video processing; the template may also supply its own movement reference.
Only use photos you have permission to upload and process. The person-based video templates require adult subjects. Keep a copy of downloaded results on your own device.
Payments
PayPal handles checkout and payment approval. We keep order information such as the purchased pack, amount, currency, payment status and the credits added to your account. Payment details entered on PayPal are handled by PayPal. We do not ask you to enter card details in the Halloween AI editor.
Analytics and cookies
Essential cookies support sign-in and save your cookie preference. Optional Google Analytics measures visits to known public pages. We do not send your photos, email address, project IDs, payment details, private page URLs, query strings or URL fragments to Google Analytics.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked to allow analytics before the Google tag loads. We also wait for permission when the region is unknown. In other known regions analytics is on by default, unless you reject it. You can turn it off or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.
An active Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics off. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization are disabled. Your cookie preference and the analytics cookie expiry are set to 180 days.
Access and deletion requests
Contact us from your account email address to ask about your account information or request deletion of account data, source photos or generated media. Include the relevant project or request identifier when available; do not send your password or payment card details.
Deleting a project in My creations hides it from your project list. For a request to permanently delete account data or media, contact support. We may need to verify ownership and review records needed to handle payments, credit balances, disputes or service security.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides application infrastructure and storage; Kie processes selected generation inputs; PayPal handles payments; Google Analytics provides optional public-page measurement. Their own privacy information is linked below. This notice describes Halloween AI’s use of these services; it does not promise that every provider has the same data practices.
