Before you create
Know your credits before you use them.
All available credit packs are 40% off their listed original prices. The discount is applied automatically and rounded to the nearest cent. You receive the full number of credits. No code is needed.
Standard videos use 20 credits each for a complete 8–15 second template. Thriller Dance (15 seconds) and La Calabaza Dance (14 seconds) use 60 credits each. All use 720 × 1280 portrait MP4. Audio varies by template and result. Mix templates within your balance and review your saved project’s credit quote before generating.
Newly purchased credits are valid for one year (365 days) from delivery to your account after successful payment. Each pack has its own expiry; buying another pack does not extend an earlier pack. Existing credits keep the terms at purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic recharge.
A confirmed failed generation returns its credits once. If a provider’s response is uncertain, the request is checked before any retry or refund. Changing a saved project means requesting a new quote.
Downloading an existing video result does not use more generation credits. Cards, invitations and flyers have separate export quotes. After unlocking a static design, you can edit words and layout and download that same artwork again without another export charge.
Your download is a digital file. Print at actual size on suitable stock. Check the artwork and printer settings before ordering a large print run.
